The interior was closed for renovation so I could only see the collection in the exterior. From visiting the outside only, I can say that because of its location, it's definitely worth the visit.

It has been closed for renovation but you have to walk up through the Citadel before you are told. This is not mentioned when you pay your entrance fee.

Worst review I have written. Total disappointment. Disjointed presentation of their rich and varied history. Each room had side areas with additional information but they were roped off. This museum helps you to realize how well all the other museums you have visited were presented.

This is a huge museum and is said to be the largest military museum world wide. It has some very interesting displays, and it is well maintained. Make it part of your visit to the Citadel.
