Lunch 🥗 or dinner, family or friends Carve is an excellent choice. One may chose from the very rich diversified menu . Whatever you crave they surely will deliver. Friendly staff and an excellent chef 👩‍🍳

Stayed at one of the hotels on the island, which is in a nice area of Cairo. Close to many sites and shops.

This is one of my favourite districts in Cairo fully central and it has so many restaurants, hotels, book shop, wine shop, supermarket, etc. it is also nice to stroll around.

We liked Zamalek because it is gentler after the hectic tourist spots of Cairo. Traffic not so frenetic, and lots of reasonable restaurants.

Cairo is a huge city that is incredibly busy. While Zamalek was still busy, the fact that it was surrounded by water made it feel much more calm. We stayed on Zamalek for eight nights and loved it.
