Dahshur consists of the Bent Pyramid, the Black Pyramid and the Red Pyramid. It presents the most authentic pyramid experience as you are able to wander without camels, horses and touts. This is the Egypt of 30-40 years ago, and it is delightful.

The Pyramid at Dahshur was the most impressive as it has three rather larger chambers inside unlike the Giza Pyramids. The ony downer is the natural occurring amonia gas encountered while wondering around inside.

The Bent and Red pyramids were surprisingly big. With few people here we could contemplate the immensity and age of these wonders. Highly recommend going here. Just seeing Giza is not enough.
