This is a bit confusing that it is a sight on its own, this is the smallest of the great pyramids of giza, and is visited as part of the Giza Platue, while buying your ticket you have the option of getting access to going into Keops for an extra cost, if you want to save up the extra pounds,... This is the smallest of the three pyramids at Giza but it is still a remarkable sight. You can access this Pyramid by some steep wood steps, but the chamber below is empty and not really worth the effort. The passage is narrow and not wide enough for people to pass, so check that the way is clear before embarking.

We were in Cairo for 12 nights, with our tour guide Mahmoud Hokka, the most amazing guide we had! We did the pyramids twice, once in the morning through horse and carriage with the historical narration and the second time, an afternoon camel safari. We did different courses both time and totally amazing, i couldnt recommend which one was better,... More

Gizeh is a must see but most people only think of the Great Pyramid. There are three and each is worth a look

Sometimes overlooked (see what I did there) compared to the other great pyramids but in its own way still grand. Just not as big as the other two.

Mikerinos is the third, and the smallest pyramid in the Giza plateau, and it has its own history. Flanked by the side of other two massive pyramids, this seems insignificant, but when one sees it from the Tomb of Queens, its majesty comes out clearly in the backdrop of Cairo city. This is also located in the Pyramids park, so... More

Did you know why it is the smallest of the three Gizeh Piramids? Because Mikerinos wanted to pay respect to his parents Cheops and Chefren. The three big piramids are iconic and a must-see when visiting Egypt!

After you complete viewing the three pyramids, you can witness the brief difference in the construction material. This pyramid is the smallest of all and dedicated to Menkaure, the son of Kefre and grandson of Keops. Though the ticket to enter the pyramid is only LE 40, but its not worth it as there;s nothing inside

Not as crowded as the other pyramids in Gizeh. Not a lot to see and can be claustrophobic if you decide to crawl down.
