I wanted to explore it but I was turned off by the garbage thrown all over the entrance and it's so disrespectful considering that was the first mosque in Egypt!

A really beautiful mosque in Old Cairo. It is completely rebuilt. Nothing of the old mosque remains. Very interesting because of the history.
