Don’t go here, the guide, which we booked through the hotel, is out to scam you along with the travel agency (MISR). Don’t use them and don’t go here... liars and cheaters and they won’t let you leave!

This is a great place to visit and learn a thing or two about some of the essences that Egyptians have been expertly producing for millennia. BUT, do not purchase anything at the price they ask for. All their prices are inflated by a very...More

I booked a tour and it was going very well until we were brought here to "browse." We walked in and was offered tea and was given an entire back story on the great quality of the oils and their rarities. I began to feel...More

Beautiful store, staff make you feel very welcome. We thought we were just going to do some browsing and $150 later we left with perfumes we didn't necessarily want but felt pressured to buy. No way of knowing actual quality or grade of perfumes purchased.

If you absolutely have to buy something, bargain and be prepared to walk away. They will give you the price you want because they are desperate for business. And do not let them package anything without a thoroughly inspecting, smelling and watch them wrap it...More

Hard to say if it was worth it. Fun experience but who in the world knows how much you should be spending on these oils? Not like you can just find them on Amazon. After haggling back and forth - 100ml bottles ended up costing...More

Was taken here as a side trip by my tour guide; at first I was a little skeptical because I did not know what to expect. From the time my group entered, we were welcomed personally by the owner and he was very hospitable to...More
