Our flight was delayed, but a man was waiting with our name on a placard. Only gripe was that the car and driver had gone to the wrong terminal, so we waited with the placard greeter for about 30mins for the car to arrive- not what you want when the flight has already been late and you’re in a new country at midnight.

Safe driver and the car was clean with standard seatbelts (not always a given in Kenya!) It was also much cheaper than a hotel transfer and more easily reliable than trying to sift through the melee of cabs waiting at the airport- some of which our safari guide informed us really cannot be trusted!

Overall would recommend.

The driver was waiting for me and communication was easy to let him know I was waiting for luggage. He found me easily and held a sign so I could find him. Easy trip to my hotel. Would use again,
