Yunju Temple is situated on the south-western corner of Beijing region. You have to drive for one or two hours from inside the city, of course I mean when traffic is good. It's so remote that it's not swamped by tourists like other famous temples...More

There is a very tall tower in back of the grounds you can't miss it or go inside of this. It is a simple temple so don't look for extras here.

We were here on a hot Saturday afternoon. Only a few people. Quite place and well reconstructed buildings. Much better than all the other crowded temple in the city. Calculate 1.5 h for the tour.
