ELING Park is a really beautiful green oasis to escape to when you want to leave behind the "hustle and bustle" of the concrete jungle that is Chongqing! I spent a whole morning here wandering its many streets, paths and trails. You must first go...More

Visited the park just off the subway line and climbed the hill to reach the tower. Park entry was free, but the tower costs 10RMB for a ticket. Ascending the stairs to the top level was worth it for the 360 degree views of the...More

I came here alone to do some writing and it is a gorgeous tranquil area, with great views of Chongqing if you go to the outskirts of the park. Would definitely recommend if you want to see some nature and get away from the busy...More

The 'E' for this place literally means 'Goose' in Chinese. It's a small enclave above the city's hill with chic restaurants and pubs catering to the expats. It overlooks the Jialing River, the main tributary of the Yangtze, forming the confluence at Chongqing.

Nice park with different areas. In the middle of the park there is a tower which gives you the best view of Chongqing for 5 RMB. We were lucky and went there on a cloudfree day, the view is probably even better in the evening.

This park is a great spot to visit if you are looking for excellent views of the city. At the top of the hill you can pay 5 RMB to climb to the top of an observation tower to take in 360 degree views of...More

When we visited E'ling Park, it was rather humid and muggy outside, which dampened visibility. There was a tower that you could climb up to get an even better view of the city, but we decided against going up it. Still, the cityscape was outstanding!...More

I like parks, and I like good views. So, based on reviews here, I came to E'ling Park directly from the train station as my first stop in Chongqing. Lively, but not too crowded, and a pleasant place for me to get my bearings in...More
