A serene and peaceful view of the river and the cliffs, covered with green vegetation. The water is clean and calm. However, the scenery is not as beautiful and grand as the Norwegian fjords.

The Wu Gorge is renowned for the quiet beauty of its forested mountains. The Twelve Peaks are ranked alongside the gorge. I always enjoy taking boat on the water. The was beautiful and calm. A pleasant way to spend an afternoon.

A good way to visit a place is by boat on the river. The calm. The peace. The nature surrounding is wonderful to behold. A pleasure to see parts of China not yet seen.

This river forms part of the cruise from Yiching to Chengdu. It passes through some truly wonderful scenery but regrettably during our trip there was a persistent mist

Visited last May. A very pretty stretch of river - the water was almost clear in places. We were already cruising for 7 days along the Yangtze and had lots of options to visit Fengdu, Chongquing and Wu river.

It is not such magnificent as Yangtze River, but it is okay. This river is not famous thus the natural environment is quiet better than others in Chongqing.
