A great tour, really well organised and great fun. We managed to see several dolphins on the trip and even though they were far away it was a great experience. The view of the hills were also incredible.

Did the tour about 15-20 years back. They had a bumboat then but now they have a much larger capacity boat. Good balance of animal-watching (had multiple sightings with 2 possible pods) and public education on the plight of the dolphins due to water pollution and land reclamation. Hopefully they would get this sorted before the population disappear. Hard to... More

Thank you so much! As someone who works in conservation, I always have concerns about the well-being of wildlife on animal-focused tours. I have no concerns for HK Dolphin Watch. We didn't "chase" the dolphins or lure them in any way. The engine was still and we kept away at distance. In addition to the dolphins, the boat tour provides... More

We booked this trip on line direct with the provider prior to departing for Hong Kong. The overall booking experience was well managed by the operator indicating booking confirmation, payment instructions and tour pickup instructions. On route to the boat in Lantau our guide provided an excellent insight into the world of the pink dolphin. The tour boat was perfectly... More

Their story is so sad, with them gradually being wiped out by the pollution in the harbour, and the rapid development. It was wonderful to get to see them and we had quite a lot of times when they came close to the boat. This company is very ethical and the boat never chased the dolphins, but allowed them to... So sad to hear that the pollution and giant transport ships are contributing to their decline. Now there is construction on a large bridge that intersects their habitat, that also creates a lot of stress on the population. This is a longer tour than one of the cheaper boats nearby. Those are smaller boats, they will come out a short... More

The pink dolphins really do exist! I booked this tour as I love dolphins and it was a rare chance to possibly see these beautiful pink dolphins. We are divers and understand that nature does not always do what you want it to but luckily for us 3 dolphins spent the trip with us. The tour was very well organised... More

Fabulous experience and saw lots of dolphins. Boat ride was comfortable and water and snack provided. Guide could have a bit more personality. Seemed to recite the information. However, he was very kind, answered any questions we had and was extremely patient as we ran a bit late. Wouldn't do again, but would definitely recommend if you want something other... More
