Possibly the last Chinese junk to be painstakingly handcrafted in Hong Kong, aqualuna was created using age old designs and traditional materials by an 80 year old local craftsman. Also known as “Cheung Po Tsai” in Cantonese, aqualuna is named after the infamous Cheung Chau island pirate who used to terrorize the waters. Guests are able to absorb Hong Kong’s history while enjoying the intoxicating harbour and skyline views on board. This iconic Hong Kong experience is completed by cocktails and snacks served in the boat’s large cabin and open air decks.

Nice and sloooow! A very relaxing way to unwind from the hustle and bustle that is Honkers. A hop-on-hop-off boat that has acres of lounge beds up top to lie on and great music, too. Just lie back and enjoy the harbour.

I am a Hongkonger and did the telephone booking on the same day after checking the weather forecast was good, clear sky (after several days of rain). I like the one during sunset 6:30pm departure. We waited at the harbour 30mins ahead along the queue to get good seats and their personnel at the habour was very organised and polite.... More

Although the day we did the cruise it was a little windy, the temperature wasn't too bad, so it was really nice to just cruise around the bay. We hopped on at Pier 9 near the observation wheel. Since we were there for the first time of the day, there was no signage or anything around to know exactly where... More

Went on a cruise in the afternoon and the boat was quite empty, staff are very helpful and drinks can be purchased, the relaxing seating upstairs more like big sun loungers are nice to lay back and watch the magnificent skyline roll by.

I've been to hong kong 5 times already. Ive tried taking the star ferry which was a very short sail... about 10 minutes I think and it's also very cheap, but I haven't tried aqua luna before. This was one of the best things that you need to do in hongkong! 1 hour Sail, and it was so worth it!... More

We opted for the 5:30 departure to catch the sunset and the skyline at dusk. We got on in central (pier 9) and eventually got off on the Kowloon side (tsim sha tsui). The views are great and the service is good. That said, you need to be lucky to get one of the good soft seats on the boat.... More

My son booked this cruise for a birthday treat for me last week. It was absolutely amazing. A 10+ year dream come true ever since I had admired these boats on my first trip to Hong Kong. Book an evening tour if you want to see the Hong Kong skyline at it's best - awesome!

We caught a taxi from north point to Stanley (about 100hkd) and wandered around the markets. We then took the aqua Luna back to Kowloon. It was the most relaxing afternoon ever. Lounging upstairs with the sun slowly setting as you bob around the unseen side of Hong Kong is a truly must do activity. I think the best thing... More
