Pay for the glass bottom cable car & express queue to avoid the waiting. Take the trip 9am to be one of the first up to the Buddha site to miss the crowds that arrive later in the day.

One the best things we have done in Hong Kong. It is such a beautiful and tranquil place. The walk up the stairs are well worth it.

The international airport is located at Lantau Island. On the other side of the island, there is the big shrine of Buddha. Many travelers come here to see.

We took the cable car and rode it all the way to the area where big Buddha was. There is a road to take a cab I believe or a trail to walk/run it
