We had a spare day at the end of out HK Trip and so decided to travel over. Easy access from the MTR from main HK. Excellent views, Buddha is amazing. There are also restaurants and shops etc at the top. Well worth a look...More

Takes you from Tung Choi metro to the Big Buddha. Journey is about 15-20 mins. Went at 12pm on a weekday and the queue for non pre-booked tickets was already vast (approx 2 hours I'd estimate). Even with pre-booking a ticket voucher online (via klook)...More

Overall a very nice experience riding on the cable car. Long ride but amazing view of Lantau Island. A must if anyone intents to visit the island

It was a nice ride going up to the ngong ping village. Take the crystal cabin. Enjoy the view from above. Go in the morning to avoid the crowd.

The lines are long and not worthy, the recommended us to buy the ticket in advanced and took almost 3 times more than the conventional. Took us more than 2 hours. DONT GO, staff was not helpful at all

Our day trip to Ngong Ping Village was amazing. The 20 minute trip with one of the crystal cable cars was just spectacular with view that will take your breath away.

My experience was that online worked well. No queue at all, we went straight to the gondola without a wait.Late November around 11.00am

We did a circuit so we did not see same thing twice. Took cable car up by airport and the bus to other side to take boat to Hong Kong

Yap, buy ticket in advance to avoid the long queue on ticket booth.
