Better than a rollercoaster!

Amazing view, you can even see the Buddha on your way up! And the airport. A bit overpriced, otherwise it would get a 5* of me!

We enjoyed the Ngong Ping 360 Cable car experience more than the village itself. There were shops and cafes but nothing spectacular about the village. I suggest go directly to the big buddha.

We took friends who were visiting us on Ngong Ping 360 and they really enjoyed it. It does help if it's a clear day so you can actually see below. Also, if you go during the colder months in HK, bring along warm clothes as it can get pretty cold. Go early so you don't have to wait in line... More

OMG, what a tourist trap! One of the first thing we see when getting out of the tram was...... a Subway sandwich shop... place feel so plastic.

Located in Tung Chung next to the shopping mall; City Gate. Just take the MTR to Tung Chung for the cable car.

The new 360 village is a short stroll rom the big Buddha and has the bus terminal close by. A promotional village set far enough away from the monastery so as not to interrupt the spiritual flow.

Loved the skylift. Used the glass bottomed versions with our group of 7. Great views on the 30 minute ride to Ngong Ping. Some over water some over hilly terrain. Arrive early, preferably before 10AM to avoid the lines. at 10:15 the wait was about 15 minutes to enter a gondola. No need for the 360 ticket, just get the... More

Another touristic attraction in HK with a complete infraestructure; once in the cable car you could admire amazing views of Lantau Country Park and Chek Lap Kok International Airport; all is designed to comfortably enjoy the experience, as in every HK touristic spot there's a huge mall (US style); of course it's not a genuine or ancient spot, but still... Only 2 minutes from the MTR. Get there early to avoid the queues (weekday opens at 10am) we arrived at 1010 and still had to queue for a short while. When we passed the entrance at 1400 the queue was fairly long. There is the option to either go in a standard cable car or a glass bottom one; we... More

Visited Nongpin 360 on December 2016 on a weekday. Coming from Shanghai Disneyland I can tell you the lines at Nongpin are horrible. Bought all tickets on-line and we still needed an 1.5 hour line to take a ride even at their most expensive crystal cabin gondola. Same process and length of wait coming down. Little children were crying, children... More
