One of the best gates to visit if you want to see how the insides look like and how it was used. You can also use this gate to get to the city wall and walk any direction.

An unexpected treasure. The gate, an entrance to four subsequent gated courts inside the city-girding Ming Wall leads you to an incredibly constructed upper level with very instructive exhibits and handsome relics from the history of this dynasty and including the Japanese massacre of 1937.

The gate itself is pretty cool to see. It's a Ming Dynasty construction so historic value is interesting. Atop the wall you can rent a golf cart and ride along the wall.
