Made a quick stop here to see the inside of the station on our way to the old town main square. The building is about 100 years old and has witnessed many changes in the city. The style of the construction is interesting as are a few items inside, but you can see it all in 10 minutes. The difficult... More

This is one of Iconic Train Station in Jakarta. Near this station you can find several Meseum such as, Mandiri Bank Museum, Indonesia Bank Museum, Fatahillah Museum, Puppet Museum, and Ceramic Museum. This station very crowded during weekend because so many local using Commuter Line (Indonesia Local Electric Train).

I only used this station once, and will not use it again, as it is a mess. Signs are not clear, not clean, hot and crowded.

I got to this station to get into the museum and later fond out that this is also one of the major center point for youth gathering and nightlife. This is probably one of the oldest train station in Jakarta. Nothing really very special but the atmosphere is nice. The station is taken good care of and is clean.

It's a railway station & i do not term it as a sight seeing place. Do not consider it any near to tourist spot.

Yes, it may be weird that i love the atmosphere. but i don't come here that often and i just like that the outside is very crowded but you feel 'homey' when you come inside. maybe due to the high ceiling. i will take my expat friends here just to look around. it's vintage. but for european may this will... Feeling hungry after visiting the Museum Bank of Indonesia, we decided to walk to this station for lunch. Crossing the streets was stressful as there are no stop lights and no pedestrian walkways! Fast food restaurants serve cheap hot meals here. For desserts, we tried the doughnuts sold by the JCool Restaurant. We took pictures of the Station before going... More

one of the oldest station in Jakarta is also one of the icons of the old city area. The buildings in need of repair, color, cleanliness and flow out of the passenger. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the beautiful iron structure of the building as it is located within the station

A quaint railway station that is greatly in need of refurbishment and reorganisation. The ticketing system is confusing and disorganised. The surrounding roads and pathways are in need of urgent repairs as they are quite hazardous in places with holes and ankle snapping missing flagstones.
