Hi, I used Vic for a 5 day rice terraces trip which also took in Vigan in February- cost around 30,000 pesos just 2 of us in car so 15,000 each. 5 people would be ok in Vic's van but cramped if more. He is a good safe... More

Yes, it is possible but you will not enjoy the different nice places there and you and your family will be so tired. Maybe hire a private van instead of riding a public transport. I suggest you stay there overnight.
