Good spot for pre nup shots! Romantic place very nice for couple, friends and family outing. Clear water, but not so much for snorkelling.

The water is a calm blue green color and oh so beautiful. One can see the amazing floral that thrives out of the limestones. The Big Lagoon is cradled by these tall limestones that gives it a romantic feel and serenity. But you have to be there early before the crowd starts kayaking in.

The best tour that can take in el nido is the Tour A that they take you to the big small and secret lagoon with a nice lunch of sea food and a lot of pineapple

Big Lagoon is much better than the small lagoons. It is preferable to go there late, or the crowds will overwhelm you.

Great spot right near the small lagoon which offers canoeing, snorkelling and swimming! I saw families, elderly and young couples all enjoying the lagoon! Aeros me backdrop

Here also it is best to visit before 9am or after 4pm to avoid the masses of visitors coming by bancas. But despite the sheer volume of visitors, it is well worth discovering for yourself! You enter by boat and visit that hidden lagoon... you might have to get off the boat if the tide is low and the bottom... More

Even with a good amount of people here, big lagoon is up there for possibly the coolest swimming hole in the world. We showed up at low tide so the bangkas couldn't enter and you had to walk or kayak. The thigh deep, crystal clear water, surrounded by limestone cliffs gives way to a giant turquoise lagoon with massive tropical... More

The lagoon entry itself was shallow and the floor of it was filled with dead bleached coral. We weren't able to get far into the dealer section before our tour company told us to get back in the boat- it seemed the general consensus that no one got a thorough look. Definitely not the national geographic view you'd like.

The view is so amazing so take as many photos as you can ! I love this big lagoon surrounded with high tall black rocks . So beautiful that I wanna stay longer but you only have a little time as there are so many boats coming in and out this place.
