We hired a van to take us to this attraction. We can't imagine going there in a tricycle because it is far from town, the streets are not lighted and there's road construction. It rained during the day so, the road is muddy, too. We booked...More

One of the best places I've been to. This was my target destination aside from the conservation center here in palawan. Hope visitors will be considerate enough to just be contented at watching the beauty of nature as not to disturb or harm it.

The experience was so beautiful and amazing! We learned a lot. Our tour guide, Paul, did not only teach us about fireflies, he also taught us about the stars and constellations. It was very educational and I would recommend everyone not to skip this in...More

Absolutely amazed during this tour! Though at first I was a bit scared because of the small boat that will take tourists to a pitch-dark river cruise (I was just overthinking what could happen or there might be some wild crocs around?? Lol.). Flashlights and...More

Being a tour guide in Palawan, I can say this is one of the best tours I have experienced. Guests are treated by the sight of these wireless christmas trees and lights as they ride a canoe paddled by an expert firefly watching guide. You...More

It was a very memorable night experience seeing all the Fireflies in the trees. They look like Christmas Lights! The guides say sometimes there are Bio luminescent plankton in the river, but unfortunately, there were none that night. Aside from Plankton, what was more striking...More

My friend and I booked this excursion and were pleasantly surprised. We drove through beautiful landscapes getting there with a knowledgable guide (also a great singer) and the place was actually not as massively visited as we thought. We ate in a small restaurant there...More

Excellent trip with great food. Nighttime trip into the Mangroves to see the Fireflies glowing. Although they say you can take pictures but needs to be done with no flash. Stopped on way back to a floating restaurant for a buffet meal. Food was excellent.

You can just hire a tricycle anywhere and ask Iwahig Firefly and they will try to negotiate the price for round trip. Ours was Php800. The Php600 is the boat ride for 3 persons already. You can pay at the registration booth... More

Hi. May I ask for your feedbacks regarding the dinner served during the firefly tour? I will be bringing a group of 50 to 60 in October 2017 with guests from Manila, US and Japan. Thank you very much.
