When my husband and I visited Boracay we had the pleasure of staying at the Tradewinds villas located on the bulabog beach. The winds were amazing for Kitesurfing!! The breakfast at Bulabog Beach Resort was good!

Awesome location to windsurf. Lots of kites though. Flat water with great wind. A must try fir experienced and beginners alike. Be sure to check conditions as strong wind is common.

Bulabog is another beautiful beach in Boracay, on the opposite side of the island- White beach. only 5-10 minutes walk from D'mall. We walked along a small alley thru the village, and was happy to see the real life of the locals. that's quite in contrast to many luxury and modern resorts. The wind was so strong, lot of kind... We stayed at Ralph's place in bulabig beach. Generally quieter than white beach. Very windy and more cooling. The sea here is rough. Not suitable for swimming.

Opposite side to white sands this beach isn't as busy or as attractive. It is always windy that's why it's full of kite surfers. The beach seemed dirty & a bit dreary... a few restaurants sat on the beach.

We stayed in reisling Hotel which is right on Bulabog Beach. We had read reports that the beach was dirty. We did not find this at all. Yes it was full of Kite Surfers on the windy days (which was most days) and you could not really swim there because of this. But compared to White Beach this beach was... More

It's also nice to check out this side of Boracay. If you want a serene and a laid back atmosphere, this is the place to stay. Less expensive rooms and hotels...and there's also good restaurants to try.

Bulabog beach doesn't have the same volume of hawkers as white beach so it gets my thumbs up as an alternative on boracay. You can actually sit on this beach without being approached every 5 minutes to buy something and you get to watch the kite surfers in action. Not quite as beautiful but worth a visit after all it's... More

A stunning beach with white sand and clear waters ... but a lot of wind! Bulabog Beach is the place to be for kite and wind surfing!

This is certainly a kite surfers and wind boarders paradise. The beach is strewn with dead seaweeds, and looks nice and clean after it is swept. The waters are shallow and has lots of seaweeds. There is a constant breeze at this area making kite surfing and wind boarding very suitable. There are many centres offering all levels of coaching... More
