We arrived to the top via buggy car, which was nice experience, but noisy and rough. Great place to take pictures from. Boracay island is visible from that point, and we also had to climb up stairs to get there.

The scenery at the top from the tower is ok. But little else anything else. Got there by ATV. Some of the worst maintained anywhere!
