Nice beach for a quick refreshment

For a small walk or the sunset you can go here. The water and the sand are clean. Unfortunately everything here is very artificially designed.

We enjoyed a leisurely stroll from the train right up to this beach on a lovely well kept walkway. A huge big beach area with a nice cove for a swim.

We were able to take an Uber from our hotel over to Tanjong Beach. It was worth the trip. It is a smaller beach, but beware there are almost as many dogs as people on the beach. The dogs really did not bother you while you were there. They have made a nice man-made alcove to block the view of... More

Loved the area with calm swimming. Unfortunately there are many dogs brought here, not on leads despite noticies. Friends get together and we had 10 dogs under the next umbrella. As the owners are chatting their dogs wander off, over peoples belongings and sometimes pee on bags on the ground. Most dogs need training! One Labrador jumped on my husband's... More

We just had this cute little beach near to our hotel the Sofitel Sentosa, so we had a look. Neat and clean as you would expect in Singapore. They have a restaurant with a bar too.

Sentosa has 3 beaches and this is the one that's smallest and far from the madding crowd. If you take the Sentosa express to arrive at Beach Station, it's a pleasant walk passing Palawan Beach to reach Tanjong Beach. A section of the pedestrian walkway is still under construction before this beach. If you are lazy, from Beach Station, you... More

Safe for swimming. The sea water and the beach are clean. Safeguard is always watching visitors giving warning to dangerous activities or bad weather. There is a cafe/bar near the beach. You may get a drink from this bar and reserve a beach chair with free wifi. Pleasant for anyone including kids. Shower facilities are at the beach. The changing... More

We have been there on a sunny Sunday with two kids. What I liked about it is that the beach is very big, it has a beach club in case you want to eat something or rent sunbeds (which we did't) and there is available space for everyone. It never gets crowded. Sand is white and beautiful. There are green... More

If you're searching for a beach in which to relax quietly on the sand in Singapore, look no further as this is the one for you. Apart from the one (fun yet pretentious bar) on this strip, the rest of the beach is clean, quiet and picturesque. Bring water or even a picnic as there are no shops on this... More

Has segways and bike rentals. We took a bike and covered the beach in less than an hour.As there was no crowd on the roads, the ride was fun.
