Marina Bay Waterfront Promenade is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Singapore. My wife and I passed through this stunning promenade every day for four days during our last visit to the city, both in the morning during our walk and jog and at night from our hotel. We were mesmerized by the panoramic views of Marina Bay and the surrounding skyline, which were truly breathtaking. The promenade is beautifully designed and well-maintained, making it a great spot for a leisurely stroll or a romantic evening walk. We also enjoyed the various dining options along the promenade, which offered a variety of cuisines to choose from. Overall, Marina Bay Waterfront Promenade is a great place to experience the beauty and vibrancy of Singapore, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

If you're in Singapore, and you don't go walk around Marina Bay on the waterfront promenade, you've missed one of the best experiences in all of Singapore. While the shops are very expensive, you don't have to spend a dime. Just walk around, day or nigth, and enjoy the very best of Singapore.

I hiked my way from Alexandra to Tanjong Pagar via the Rail Corridor and then strolled along Shenton Way to NTUC Business Centre at Marina Boulevard to attend a Town Hall meeting organized by the Health Promotion Board (HPB). As a health ambassador, this is one way for me to set an example for others to emulate to lead a more physically active and healthier lifestyle.

I had been to the NTUC Centre on several occasions to attend AGMs but this is the first time I saw from the auditorium at the 7th level of the building the gorgeous and scenic panoramic view of this Marina Bay Waterfront Promenade. It is no wonder HPB decided to hold the Town Hall meeting over here so that ambassadors could enjoyed the views and celebrated this post Covid event.

I will be attending another AGM this coming week with my wife and probably we would stroll our way around the waterfront to enjoy the great scenery.

Scenic waterfront by the Marina Bay with excellent view of the Marina Bay & city skylines. There is music & light fountain show at night.

We walked along here a number of times during our stay in Singapore from the 19th to 26th October.

Along the Promenade, as well as the great views of the Bay and the City, there are a host of points and places of interest.

Including the Olympic Walk, part of the legacy from Singapore hosting the Youth Olympic Games in 2010.

There are 205 trees planted, in rows along the Bayfront. Each tree is dedicated to the Olympic Committee of each of the participating Countries.

There is also the unusual Word United Statue also commemorates hosting the Youth Olympics.

Another place of interest is Mist Walk, which is a 250 metre long metal structure consisting of tubular poles supporting snake like pipes above. It emits a mist of water, which refreshes visitors as they walk along its length.

Also along the Promenade is the Red Dot Design Museum.

Keep an eye out for the Horizon Bench, a rather oversized wooden bench.

This is another wonderful place to stroll along in Singapore.

This is a nice area to take a stroll and enjoy the surrounding views or just marvel at some of the amazing structures that are accessible. The promenade is some 3.5km in length, we maybe strolled one kilometer enjoying the sights of impressive buildings, the Marina Bay Hotel, activities on the bay, some nice shade areas, but we finally yielded to the 39c heat and high humidity and headed to the Mall for some A/C comfort. City planning with vision.

I have been to Singapore around 10+ times both for leisure with family and official visits. There has been no trip that I haven’t visited Marina Bay waterfront. This is one place that fascinates me the most. Whether you are enjoying a coffee or beer overlooking the exquisite Singapore skyline or the three towers of Marina Bay hotel. Whether it’s day or night, one must visit. It’s got probably the finest shopping arcade in Singapore one can imagine. Just carry enough money. One can easily spend a day here. I would rather recommend that come around afternoon and let the day slide into night so that you can enjoy both the views.
