I love to walk on Clarke Quay and to discover bars and restaurants. Important to take time as 2 hours for walking quietly

We started a months holiday with 3 days in Singapore and stayed in Chinatown . We finished with 2 days in Clarke quay. It is fabulous . It's clean and interesting and vibrant. You can go from olde worlde to ultra modern in a matter of meters . They are side by side but neither look out of place. We... More

You should be here in the evening, have some food and drink in one of those restaurants on the river side. There is a big mall too if you want to do some shopping. Boat cruises will take you through the river and may be enjoyed if you like river cruises.

Night time is the best time to visit Clarke Quay. Lots of food, noise, people and great for people watching time. We enjoyed sitting in a cocktail bar watching the lights, families, tourists and locals. The boat rides are nonstop with people. A must while in Singapore.

This mall is right on the Clarke Quay MRT station exit - very easy access from nearby roads. It's an older mall however it is busy, plenty of shops and food outlets - in the basement there is a great little food hall with around twenty stalls. I recommend the Fu Zhu food outlet, had Pork dish - number 307... More

A very nice HIX hotel. The best access when dragging bags from the MRT is Chinatown station, north east along Eu Tong Sen street (the main road) then left into Havelock road or Merchant road. Avoid Upper Cross road unless you like climbing stairs - lots of them. Expect to get wet if it's raining. The hotel is fine, clean,... More

Spoilt of choices for food n beauty shop in the mall. Found an Indoor Tanning store at level 3 hidden behind the mall. Mall is like a maze with no clear direction sign.
