We went on a Sunday and everything which was not overpriced was over run by people. But there are several eateries for all budgets in the shopping center. My wife liked it but I would try not to go back.

Once the main drag of Singapore, no I consider not worth going to crowded, smokey hot, large endless shopping complex. Probably ok for people watching, easily accessible via MRT
