Compared to other zoos the animals were very active. They were easy to see and the enclosures were excellent. The interactive times with various animals were great.

This was by far our best day in Singapore. We spent about 5 hours at the zoo and it was the best. We had breakfast with the orangutans which was awesome, highly recommend it and the food was nice also. We will definitely be back!

It was amazing to see all the animals up close. The tram was great for tired legs and the splash park very appropriate at the end of the day. We took our own lunch but did notice that the food seemed reasonably cheap.

If you get on the mrt on the red line and get off at Khatib then there is a new Mandai express bus that takes you to the zoo. The bus is $1 per person and you can pay using your eaylink card if you have one.
