Great place to visit if you have children who love animals. The place is great for a day's visit. If you want to stop slowly and observe each animal, one day may not be enough. I used to have the annual pass whereby we will spend time in just one section every time we went. Best part of the visit... More

We have been to the zoo several times but this round was more fun and meaningful. With a 4 year old in tow was a challenge but somehow the tram ride made it easier because the walks are really long and uphill at times. The tram has 4 stops and you have to make sure that you plan ahead where... More

I'm a bit of a zoo nut - I visit them everywhere I can. This is definitely up there with the best of them. You'll need to give yourself plenty of time. There a lot of walking although you can purchase a "bus" ticket for $5 - this is definitely worth doing - especially by the end of the day... More

We only had 3 days in the city and was debilitating about going to the night safari or river safari. We were glad to have chosen the former. From the moment we entered the zoo, we felt it was different from any others we had visited all over the world. The tram took us through all these lions, tigers, elephants,... More

I gotta admit that Singapore Zoo is one of the most well maintained Zoo in the world. Well at least for what I experienced in other countries. Get your tickets online! You might just risk yourself queuing for about 20-30mins along with other excited ones. The zoo keepers and staffs are very friendly and welcoming. They are always willing to... More

This zoo is really a must do when you go to Singapore. I have been to Singapore a few times and this has to be in the top 5 things to do. If you want to have a amazing experience you can have breakfast with the orangutans. It does cost a bit but worth it. They are so friendly and... More

Singapore Zoo is a nice place to go with family specially if you have kids. One can witness some very amazing animal species. We were 4 adults including my parent (senior citizens), but we still had so much fun and were so fascinated by all the animals. Monkeys, penguins and specially the polar bear were just so cute. So happy... More

If your a captive primate, the Singapore Zoo is the best thing going... some of the cages for other animals are rather small, but the monkeys got it made.

the zoo prides itself in creating the natural habitats of the animals it exhibits. while that allows visitors to better connect with nature, it makes it harder for the animals to be spotted. still i appreciated the open concept of the zoo. it might be tiring so buying a tram ticket is recommended. expect to spend at least half a...
