This will upgrade to a "4 star" with the completion of the bridge on the 8 km road to the site. As it is, the 4 km walk up the road from interim parking is a bit long for the payoff of the two waterfall sites. The first waterfall you arrive to is not Rio Turbio, the Rio Turbio waterfalls are several kilometers further. There is a National park loop trail around the area, but is is not maintained at all, well you don't pay the NP entrance fee either here. The whole area is superb, volcanic features, constant views of Villarica just above you. If... More

Beautiful waterfalls. Easy walk and the scenery is gorgeous. Takes a few hours to see the whole area.
