My family and I had an amazing time at the termas. We arrived early and we were lucky to enjoy the place to ourselves for most of our time there. The building was absolutely beautiful and I could have spent the rest of my life there! The pools were beautiful and there were so many to choose from. I can't... More

The day we were here it was rather full, but we seemed to be the only foreigners. About ten pools of different temperatures. The largest outside having 25 Celsius and the warm water outlets in other pools about 38 Celsius. There is an inside area. The mudpools did not operate, possibly because of the dry season. Guarded room for clothes... More

The staff is not helpful and would rather laugh at you. Pools shallow and uncomfortable to relax in due to jagged rock backs. Since there are so many in the area, rather go to a different one

Worth it for the views and environment. Not as hot as Geometricas. A bit busy when we were there. No towels available. Service was very poor, however....

Walked by the office in Pucon today to inquire about the spa tour --first the door was closed and locked but when a young man let us in and we asked if they were closed, he rudely replied 'No'. We then asked about the spa tour and he pushed a brochure at us with no explanation about the tour or... More

After reading about other peoples experiences with accidents I am know happy things turned out the way it did. In our case (we had booked a tour for horseriding, cabalgata the previous day) there simply were no horses when we showed up. That it they picked us up - 30 minutes late - from Pucon, drove us all the way... More

Went here on Monday 5th January. All pools were the same temperature (even though stating otherwise), those that had any water at all that is. (many were empty) worst of all, I tried to hire a towel and they charged me 2000 pesos for a dirty one smelling bad.Disgusting! This place needs a makeover. Choose other termas meanwhile.

Nice place in a beautiful surrounding. Not as many options as international standard - just a few pools, but with warm water (therefore also nice when it's rainy or windy). The entry fee is however international standard (i. e. expensive).

I'm reviewing the hot springs, not the agency. We went ot the springs and found them to be quiet and relaxing. The cost is reasonable, you have proper changing facilities and somewhere to keep your clothes while you relax. There is a choice of indoor pools, which probably could have been hotter and some outdoor pools. It was great lazing... More

I had a very similar experience to Maria P just a day after her accident. My 9 year old daughter had an accident on a horse which luckily didn't amount to more than a twisted ankle. The Trancura agency is one of the eldest and with better reputation in the area. That is why I was amazed as how bad... More
