Great place to visit while being in Puerto Montt. Nice restaurants and many places where to get some souvenirs.

This is a lovely spot to see a non tourist food market, and as well vendors catering to tourists as well selling a wide variety of handicrafts at reasonable prices.

It's a traditional market, fish, veggie, handicraft, mid size, not too big, but it's got everything. I wouldn't suggest that you eat anything there because it may not be as fresh, but definitely worth a look and visit. You will see the market in action,...More

One of the best fish markets. Beautiful photos inside this market. Take in the unique smells and sights.

This area towards the south of Puerto Montt has a pretty serious stay of small stalls selling all sorts of artesenia. There is a lot of sameness, as happens in markets like this, but also a lot of gems among them. Continue past the market...More

Angelmo Harbor is a klassik. Many tales fromnancient times to folky food. Avoid the days of heavy cruise people shopping, know your food...you could get food poisoning, people rippin you off and check the sea lions fight. Try the cocinerias egg breakfast. And get there...More
