We booked a total of three days with Chilean wine lovers and went to 8 wineries across three days: Our approach was not to go to Chile to buy 6 dollar wines. Rather it was to get wines to add to our cellar at great prices that we can drink years down the road. Although we tasted a few $6-10... More

Spent 2 days wine touring with 3 other couples. Mauricio is very knowledgeable and passionate about Chile and their wines. The first day we spent in the High Maipo Valley, the second day in the Casablanca Valley on the way to our cruise ship in Valparaiso. He seems to be well known by the winery staffs and is able to... One word: Spectacular! We spent a week in Santiago initially reserving 3 days with Mauricio and Chilean Wine Lovers but after our first day we quickly added 2 more days as we could not miss out on this opportunity. There are so many superlatives to describe our experience and Mauricio. His attention to every detail can only be surpassed by... More

We spent 5 days with Mauricio - an absolutely amazing experience. He picked us up from the airport after our stay in the Atacama and took us to the hotel he had booked us in for 2 nights, leaving us with recommendations for the evening. We then spent 4 days with him, a different valley each day. We visited 11... More

We took the premium Cochagua tour (11 hrs or so). Our driver, Chris, was excellent! We loved the vineyards we visited, the lunch provided, the sightseeing and all the local info Chris provided us during the tour - including the tasting the durango-bananas! Highly recommended to everyone who wants to have a very memorable and fantastic wine tour experience!

In December of 1016 we spent 2 days with Mauricio. He took us on a private tour of Santiago, the countryside around the city and a couple of vineyards and wineries. Everything we visited was first rate. Mauricio is a very intelligent, knowledgeable and personable man. He knows a great deal about the city and the local vineyards, wineries and... More

Mauricio charges a little more than some tours, but he's worth every penny. Very knowledgeable about wine making and Chilean wines. This trip included Clos Apalta, Montes, and lunch at Viu Manent. An excellent intro to Chile's prime wine valley. Mauricio's ability to tailor the tour to our specific requests and interests made this a great choice.

Mauricio is extremely knowledgeable not only on wine but Chilean history, geography, politics, economics, etc. There was something for everyone (6 in our group). He is as energetic and enthusiastic as he is knowledgeable. In addition to a visit to a couple of great wineries, he arranged for a very traditional Chilean lunch in a small village. He is probably... More

Mauricio picked us up from our Providencia hotel spot on time in his comfortable van which was immaculately clean. After a quick drive through town to point out some highlights, including recommendations for the evening, we headed out towards the Maipo Valley and our wine tasting at the Undurraga winery. The wine tour and tasting was very good (English tours... More
