There might be some cafes along here but they were closed. Everything open was a hotel or hostel. There were still a lot of tourists walking down the streets photographing the old buildings.

As its name indicates, this barrio contains a French and British influence. It's not really a must-see but a place to take a walk and observe different styles of architecture or stop for a coffee.

We found this area by chance and didn't regret it. Nice area to have a stroll, coffee or snack. Different colors and architecture can be seen. A small scape from the regular buildings.

We discovered this area on a walking tour and it's a great place to explore. It has a variety of themes and an old world charm. There is a sad part at the house where the tortures were carried out in earlier times but overall...More

Worth a visit if you have time to spare. Cobble stone streets, belle epoque buildings from the early 1900's transformed into offices, small hotels, restaurants and coffee shops. Not a gourmet's paradise! Best to visit in morning or mid day accompanied or in a small...More
