I was at Colorado as a beginner. I did the group classes for 2 hours and it was very easy to take the first steps. The ski center has a good structure, with restaurant, café and snack bar. The only reason why I did not put a 5 star is because it is very difficult to go up the many... More

It's not Colorado, USA but skiing was great! Look for discounts, especially during the week (2 for 1 specials, etc.). The restaurant up top has great soup for lunch. The lifts are slow, but the snow is the real thing!

2016 has been a snowy year and there is a lot of snow accumulated, especially in the South side of the mountain. However, the center is really not equiped to receive many people and lines form in every lift. We had a hard time looking for parking spots and buying our tickets took over an hour. Ski lifts are slow... More

Thought I would see snow while I was there in end of May, but there wasn't any. Later I came to know that the snow remains there for only 2 months from July to August. The advertisements are projected in such a manner as if there is snow throughout the season. Don't be fooled. Selecting your time to visit this... More

As a chilean with average skills, its my favorite place to go skiing. If you are more of an expert, I recommend Valle Nevado. But if you are learning or what to ski chill, it's defiantly worth your money here, because the tracks are easier and it's cheaper. Don't forget to drink a nice Juan Valdes in the afternoon!

This is the ski center for the chileans, because valle nevado is way too expensive. If you want to ski it worth a visit..

Wow, a beautiful full service ski area at about 8000 meters. Nice accommodations including the Hotel. A market for food and other items, parking and great rates for both hotels and skiing. Had a coffee in the hotel overlooking the ski area and the Andes. Service was great. The coffee was just what we needed.
