Lastarria is one of my favorite barrios in Santiago. Definitely plenty of options to eat, drink and do. Close to metro station, easy to bike around, has a supermarket nearby and its super safe close to parks to walk around during the day.

Quite picturesque with some cute coffee bars. Worth a nice morning stroll. The architecture is mixed and you'll definitely be able to take a few snaps to bolster the holiday photo album

This is a nice corner in Santiago, very close to the Santa Lucia hill. Stop there for a coffee or a nice lunch or dinner at Bocanaríz. Watch a movie at a local Cine. Visit the art galleries. Enjoy the street market on Saturdays.

Lovely and ugly pots, many people, difficult to qualify but entertaining. For some moments harder to enjoy for teenagers
