We went on a weekday and there were still lots of kids from school trips but luckily got in with a small group. The whole tour takes about an hour. Maybe my kids are more impatient than others but they wanted to move through faster than each guide allowed. Also, since it's guided the kids weren't allowed to go back and see animals twice. Its a neat place but not a big fan of the "tour".

Located inside a huge park, the facility is a small building. It includes a guided tour to see and touch animals (including lizards, birds and snakes). Good place to visit with kids.

Unfortunately we don't speak Spanish so ALOT went over our heads, re video and introduction, so we left our guided group and wandered around by our selves, but a couple of the staff ( not guides but keepers) spoke some English and spent time with us, in very broken English its was awesome. The butterfly keeper was English speaking so told us ALOT about her charges and the lizards too. Even if no one had it was way worth it just to see little caimen and toucan up close , not a ideal life for the critters but an excellent way for the schools to teach about conversation, and this is what is was geared for... kudos to the amazing staff and the gorgeous fauna and flora too.

For just 13USD you`ll have a 40min guided tour in Spanish seeing amazing animals from snakes, birds, chameleons, butterflies, etc.
I would recommend avoiding the crowds on the weekend to get a better experience.
Attraction for all ages.

The place is a short experience of a real forest. They have made this place feel real. Great option as a start for kids who have never seen or been in a forest.
Well informed guides with great skills in delivering the information to kids.

I didn't find the place, there is no signage, entrance, nothing. Just some colorful hoardings but it's not possible to know if they still exist or not. Pity.
