Located along the very busy port, is this vibrant area, well worth a visit, to feel the vibe, like most places these days it is better not to flaunt wealth.

This is the road adjacent to the port, which is large and apart from views of the port itself and loads of garfitti and trash this did not have a great deal going for it.

We stayed along the waterfront in Valparaiso for five days and walked to this area of the Harbour. There are a few shops, little markets and restaurants. There are also boat tours you can take to see the city from the water. We plan on definitely taking a boat tour before we leave. We would definitely recommend seeing this part of the city and harbour when visiting Valparaiso. We throughly enjoyed our evening walk about and will definitely go back again during the day before we have to leave. We would say this area of the city is a must see if you like Ships and working Harbours!

This passage has some shops including a Unimarc (larger supermarket) but otherwise doesn't have anything special.
