Fantastic way to engage with the culture and meet fellow travelers. Ines was so informative! We especially loved the trip to the market beforehand and the pisco sours and wine at the end :)

We had a blast. Started with a trip through the local markets to source our ingredients- then bus trip back to the kitchen where we made very yummy food and drink. And thanks Ines for your family recipe for Enchilada pastry - superb.

We had a lovely day exploring the market and cooking with Carolina. The results were delicious and we learned so much about Chilean cooking and culture. This really was a long class so make sure that you don't book anything afterwards.
