Impressive glass and iron building sitting right in the middle of the Parque Itchimbia. Used for cultural events and private parties.

This park has a great view. You can see almost 360 degrees, but to get to it you must huff and puff to the top.

it was beautiful but not much to see. I guess they have events up there and it would be nice to be there when there are events other then that its just a glass building

Once again we went for the bird watching and saw hummingbirds. It's a big park, walking tracks, amazing views back into the city and of cathedral. Food, drinks. Lots of familes and police in car to pull us birders back on the straight and narrow,...More

We spent some days here at a conference and really enjoyed our time here. One of the nicest views in Quito, although from El Panecillo is even better.
