Our sail through the Galapagos Islands was highlighted by travelling as Charles Darwin would have in the 1800's. We sailed on the Mary Anne for seven days and nights, island hoping, snorkeling, diving, hiking accompanied by a naturalist who gave us the history and science...More

The dives at Darwin and Wolfe are what diving can offer best. Of course, this is not a zoo, this is Nature. So when nature is occupied elsewhere, you could be desapointed. But when the Big Show is there, it's just amazing. This year, the...More

I'm just back from this trip and since I use sites such as stripadvisor to book trips, I feel obliged to provide a trip report for others to see. To summarise in one word 'awesome' in 5 words 'best trip I've ever done'. I booked...More

I have been diving most of my life and have been to many dive locations on numerous live a boards but none match Wolf and Darwin Islands as a dive location. This place is about as remote as it gets but it is simply amazing....More

This area has cool water and very strong currents. We saw whale shark, hammerheads, black tips, sea lions, manta rays, eagle rays, etc. Lots of fun but you need to be confident in your abilities to dive, navigate and return.

I was traveling on an expedition ship for a week to these amazing islands. Everyday I sailed to different islands, learnt different things and encountered different wildlife! Am so "wow" by the natural scenery. Snorkeling, hiking and kayaking were the important activities I did each...More

Stayed at a quaint hotel in the islands but I'll have to research to remember name. Ecuador itself seems to be an armpit at least the city of quaquil . the islands were a totally different story totally worth the visit.

This review is long overdue as I dived in the Galapagos in July 2014. I have been lucky to have dived in many great places in the world at many sites that claim to be in the top10, but without doubt the best sites I...More

Omg wow these are just a few words fitting to describe Darwin island, I visited on a live aboard dive boat, and to say it was 36 hours of the best time ever, would be an understatement, to think Charles Darwin came here and changed...More

Hello It depends on the quality of the boat you need (simple to luxury), and how many days you want to spend in D &W. Going to D&W makes a liveaboard mandatory by the way.
