The ashlar is the origin of the architecture of the White City and its tourist route is developed in the district of Cerro Colorado. In addition to the natural landscapes of the area, you can observe the process of extraction, styling and megatallado of the ashlar.<br><br>It has the necessary infrastructure and tourist services such as interpretation workshops, with the presence of sillar cutters; information panel areas; tourist signage; parking lot; Purchase of handicrafts in sillar and rest areas.<br><br>The sillar route is managed by the Sillar Cutters Network - Arequipa. It currently comprises a length of 2,000 meters, covering the quarries in operation of Añashuayco, Cortadores and the virgin quarry of Culebrillas.

La Iberica obtains their cacao from the Andes mountains near Cusco. The beans give their chocolate a distinctive flavor and extremely pleasant after taste. There is not a hint of the waxy consistency that diminishes much chocolate. On the contrary, La Iberica chocolate resonates a creamy consistency with unmatched chocolate flavor. This chocolate is nonpareil.

They have different kind of sweets: chocolates, toffees, marzipan... I love their 70+%chocolate bars, but dad loves the marzipan.

On October 9 I visited this chocolate store with two friends. We bought marzipan stuffed bonbons, truffles, soft toffees, milk chocolate boxes, and marzipan boxes. All of them were delicious!
