Booked the Moray Maras Machu picchu trip for a group of 20 ppl. It was absolutely amazing! We had a brand new bus picked up from the hotel. The transportation was very comfortable. Included buffet lunch was great! Knowledgeable tour guide shared many interesting stories. Would definitely recommend the tour!

We did a total of three tours with South Adventure Peru Tours, a trek up to Rainbow Mountain, a group bus tour around the Cusco Valley, and a more personalized van tour tailored to fit into the few hours we had before our flight out. We enjoyed the first one so much that we kept going back for more! Their... More

My husband and I worked with Ruben and Tatiana to plan a wonderful Peruvian adventure. They managed all the transfers, reservations and guides (except for our airline tickets) and were tremendous hosts. The Tambopata wilderness experience was exceptional - our guide had the best eyesight. We saw capybara's, a jaguar, monkeys, the large River otters, hundreds of birds and many... More

Excellent excursion on mountain bikes with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren. The van picked us up on time, took excellent care of us as we traversed high roads and some downhill on an Inca trail on our sturdy bikes. Visited the agricultural ruins at Moray. We ended the day walking along the edges of the salt pools at Maras.... More

Dear Jill,

I can not imagine how you can post this negative recview against our company , I offered you the tour in a PRIVATE tour and you did not agree to pay $ 440 for a fully private service money and you said the tour was terrible and disappointed ?

I never pressure you to buy the tour. I told you go think about our services and if you if you would like , you can come back but after many hours, you returned to reserve the tour at the last minute .

I told them very clearly that the price paid was shared with bilingual guide group and they said there was no problem because you did not agree to pay $ 440 for a fully private service.

The next day, our staff was waiting for you till 1:00 AM in the train station of Cusco to go to the hotel because there were problems with the train .

Me , my family and team , work hard to keep up our small family business providing the personalized and private tours to all our customers and making their dreams come true.

To clarify about our tours , Our company works with professional guides ( Graduated in the best university of Cusco called, San Antonio Abad del Cusco ) We pay them more than

other companies because they are professional and not just training guides. Our cars are clean and really comfortable.

Basically the PRIVATE tours are based in a personalized service with English speaking guides ( according to languages required ) and really comfortable transport and also we will provide you oxygen and medication for the high altitude sickness if is necessary.

Please, If you think that you paid too much , let me know how can I refund your money of 50% and remove this negative review against our company as you are not being honest with us and we are not optioned to money

Thank you so much
