Interesting church, worth doing as part of a guided tour so you have some of the history. The Andean last supper is a highlight.

An imposing Cathedral on the piazza. A must see to understand early Cuzco. An admission fee, which is ok, since they have to maintain the building.

A large and imposing cathedral, what lies inside does not reflect on the outside. Lots of beautiful statues and history of the cathedral are shown. No cameras inside, entrance fee was S30 but included 5 other places to visit.

No need to book in advance. You should be able to get in during the day unless there is a reason that the church is closed.
