Why is this even a museum?. It's a bunch of junk hanging on the walls and items being displayed. They don't even use an easel to display the art...they use a broken chair. They should be ashamed to even open the doors to this place.

The first room had only 2 artists, and the contrast was stunning, but we absolutely loved one of them. Inside the courtyard is a smorgasboard of fine art, especially 3d sculptures. Upstairs is one of the greatest collections of contemporary art we've ever seen. We laughed til we cried; and some of the pieces inside the rooms were emotionally moving... More

For once, I came to a sight without checking tripadvisor. We had the general ticket for access and I like MoMa and other contemporary art museums. This was...barely a museum? Disappointing and sorta confusing. It shares space with a government convention center and you sorta dont know which rooms you go into. Save your time. We had spare time in... More

This museum is very small and not worth the time to see. One exhibit hall (if you can even call it that) seemed almost bare when we were there. It was time we'll never get back and time we could have spent doing something else. I find it hard to believe that in all of Cusco, there isn't more contemporary... More

Somehow I expected more. There are too few really good paintings, especially considering the Cusco tradition and historic importance in art... Present day contribution seems rather small. There us no order to the place, you are passing rooms set up for meetings, there are places with cloths strewn over tools and odd abandoned items as you pass the open air... More

This place has a very small selection of contemporary art. You will get through this place in a very short time. Yes it is free of charge and very close to the main square.

This is a very small museum a few blocks from the square. There are only three rooms so you can get through it quickly if it is on your tourist pass.

If you buy the museum pass whereby you can get many museums entrances, this is the only museum not nearly as nice as the others. Small with 2 fairly large rooms with still pictures and contemporary art on exhibit. Close by to the square.
