We made reservations for four, arrived on time to realise the place had been shut down and under construction for three months already. We called the number on the website, a man answered the call and confirmed that the place was closed. I asked why they hadn't updated the website and let him know that we had received one confirmation email and one email reminding us of our reservation, he said that those were automatic emails. I suggested maybe they should be turned off as we had planned our morning around the activity, he didn't say much to that. a couple of hours later we received another email asking for feedback on our experience.

site confirmed reservation but upon arrival the place was out of business for the whole month. would've been nice to know in advance.
