Went exactly as expected. I had to change the time of my pick up and had no issues doing so. Got email confirmation of new time. The pickup location is fairly easy to find, despite absolutely no signage inside or outside the airport. Actually nothing indicating they are there except for the purple van in the lot behind the hotel, so make sure you carefully read the instructions on your booking. Driver(s) were not par particularly professional - seemed to be a guy and his girlfriend or something. But, they offered the free WiFi code and got me to my destination ahead of schedule. Disappointed of the service. The driver was not gentle. Our plane arrived at 1 in the morning but the first bus passes at 3.15 so you must wait almost two hours at the airport or take a taxi and lose the money already paid to QuickLlama, because they do not return the money. Very disappointed.…

Hi Pedro - our schedule is published on our website and when people contact us we normally don't encourage people who land at 1 am to take the 3:15am shuttle--we actually warn them that doing so would require them to wait for two hours. Also, you wouldn't have lost the money paid to us. We are always happy to give refunds or to reschedule tickets. If someone bought a ticket and didn't use it, you just need to contact our customer service team (by WhatsApp, phone, or email) and we will refund you or change your ticket for another day/time.

We had reserved a private van for our family. Our flight arrived about 45 min early and we able to get through customs quickly. We ended up waiting for the driver for about 45 minutes in the airport lobby. The van itself and driver was good.

If you are traveling alone or even you are two pax, and you are heading to Miraflores district, this is your best and cheapest option bc it will take you to the hotel front or your house door by the fastest way, and in addition they have more departures times than the airport bus. …
