Overview
More
SkyKitchen is all about Peruvian cuisine and food culture. You will learn about ingredients and the preparation of typical Peruvian dishes by preparing a 3 or 4 course meal by yourself. This is a hands-on cooking class under the instruction of one of our chefs. Enjoy your self-prepared dishes on a nice rooftop terrace overlooking Miraflores having a conversation with your fellow participants and the chef. Add a market tour to your cooking class and learn where most Peruvians get their fresh ingredients daily. Include a fruit tasting of more thank 35 fruits grown in Peru and discover lots of new flavours.

Unless you plan to source some of there really rarefied ingredients back home, it might not be your cup of tea. Generally an acceptable experience, mainly as a social experiment, lots of giggling, can be fun if you're feeling social. It's going to depend on...More

We did the market tour, fruit tasting, and cooking class. Our group included my husband, who does *not* cook at all. No exaggeration, he has trouble boiling water, and I worried he'd be bored. But after just a half hour he said giddily, "This is...More

HOLA. La clase de cena empieza a las 4 y cenan alrededor de las 7, pero mejor comunícate con ellos directamente. Su teléfono está en la página web y también los precios. Vale la pena!!
