This establishment is small. May be because of its age and seniority among malls that some more maintenance is required at nooks and crannies.

You can read about all the things there are to see and do elsewhere.
Here is some practical information.
If you pay for your meal by credit card you will get an 18% discount. The waiter will almost certainly ask “do you want to leave a tip (una propina)” and add back 10%.
Uruguay is more expensive than Argentina, particularly taxis -though these are still reasonable by London standards.
Public transport is very good. Ask for a bus route map at the tourist office. It costs 38 pesos per journey. Pay the driver or, if there is one, the conductor who sits behind the driver.
The tourist office has a good large scale detailed map of the old town.
Don’t ask for “los aseos or los servicios” because they won’t understand. Ask for los baños.
If you are an architecture buff you’ll be thrilled at the number of Art Deco and ornate beaux arts buildings. But you’ll be appalled at the sorry derelict state of many of them.
Hotel bathrooms never have plugs so bring your own.

As you enter old town from the cruise ship pier area, there are dozens of vendors in the square and shops throughout the area. Some have very nice, reasonably priced handcrafted items, particularly in some of the shops.

Is there a walmart near at the port of montevideo? Or a ps4 shop to buy some games?
What are the malls that are near at the port

We have traveled to many cities and countries, around 45 countries. We have only had trouble and robbed in one city, Montevideo, twice.
nine years ago I was robbed of a camera in Montevideo, out of my hand. I posted it on Trip Advisor. In Feb. 2013, my husband and I were walking down Julio St and a young kid tried to rob us again. He tried to pull my husbands wallet out of his front pocket. my husband grabbed the kids shirt and pulled it off and he didn't get the wallet. both times it was teens about 16 or 17 yrs old. We have never had any trouble in any other travels, but the two times we did it was in Montevideo. You can believe we will not be traveling to Montevideo ever again. We thought we were attentive travelers, but this really opened out eyes to be even more careful.

This place is just an ordinary mall. If you enjoy visiting malls, this is a good one. There are libraries fast foods and all sort of stores you can expect from a mall.

Montevideo is not cheap city, it seemed to be more expensive then Madrid for example. The shopping center is nice, almost the same style as in Europe, brands are different. Food court offers local cuisine.

Multi floor Shopping Center in Montevideo with a little for everyone. Stores like Zara and Legos but a lot of small and medium shops too. Plenty of restaurants including, of course, McDonalds. Good place to get souvenirs.

Located near the Pocitos quarter, it's fairly easy to access from any part of town through the bus system. It is quite large and has a pretty good amount and variety of stores from a grocery store to a Forever 21 (a very large one) and some higher end stores.

This is the one place where Argentine's who crave american brands can find and ample GAP store, plus the top floor is a Forever 21 department store. Prices are much better than at Punta Carretas. GAP at Carretas has highter end options.
