Although a little bit unbalanced, this... More

This museum is housed in an old Soviet-Style building in the centre of Tirana. At the moment the surrounding square is being renovated. To enter, ask one of the builders to let you pass. The first floor of the museum has been very nicely renovated and has very good captions in English. I would recommend this much more highly than... More

The exhibition halls are very large and quite nice, some sections like the first one on archeology is well done with all information in English and is worth a visit. Others in the superior floors are unequal. From frankly poor ( a lot of them on the more... More

The National History Museus is a jewery you have to visit. Improvements seems to be vital so let;s all help them raise the necessary money by visiting it while in the... More

Very cheap entry for tourists and beautifully set out. Would be a fantastic school trip for everyone. Would certainly recommend to anybody. Staff on hand almost everywhere and were very friendly and full of knowledge.

This is a huge museum divided into different periods of time in history in different floors. The amount of historical elements is impressive and you would need many hours to spend there.
