Interesting historical artifact.

The bell is in a pretty park in the center of the city. It has a very interesting history and is worth a look.

The peace bell is set in a main square and highlights the journey last millenium to the next. A bridge takes you past the bell which is made from old bullet casings.

This is by the Pyramid and interesting place and rather sad. We had a tour guide who said this bell is made out of bullets. She told us the story of how bad it got in Albania. So sad, but the bell is an interesting way to deal with such a sad part of Albanian history.

This bell was made of used bullet shells. It is supposed to be symbolic. There is a narrow piece of wood to walk across and you can ring the bell for peace.

Created from the casings of old bullets by a priest from Italy in 1990's. It is a worthy example of what can be achieved.

This place is a bit weird, I saw a lot of locals ring the bell, but I'm not sure if it's for fun or for a specific reason. The park around is strange, it seems abandoned...a bit creepy

This is a nice Monument by itself although around it is in really bad shape. it's in front of the concrete pyramid.

A shallow bridge leading to a bell that was forged from the bullet shells of 1997 sad happenings. The bell was also blessed by the Pope a few years back.

We've passed it on the way to the Pyramid mausoleum and didn't ready pay attention to it. All the area looks like something half abandoned in the city center.

The bell has a great story and is a powerful symbol. Sadly the area is full of trash, graffiti and is generally overgrown and neglected. In a nicer park or area this would have been great. As it sits it's simply not worth the walk.
