I didn't try to gain entry to this building as it was at the weekend during Presidential elections. A fine piece of imposing architecture in central Sofia with busy streets surrounding a circular area.

The most politically important building in Bulgaria. The is where the laws are supposed to be made but instead the place is symbol of corruption, political oppression and dictatorship. Probably the most hated place by locals in Bulgaria.

I was a bit disappointed when I saw this building. It's not such a big and beautiful building compared to some parliaments in other cities (like London or Budapest). You can pass by it (it's close to Alexandre Nevski Cathedral), take just one picture and go away.

The building is in the heart of the city and you'll have the chance to see it during your sightseeing. You could not enter, so it's a fast and easy one.

Whilst the ideology that built this remarkable building has passed by, the building remains. Its multiple uses is interesting.

Have been ther during the guard change. Very poor ceremony comparing to other places like London, Prague or even Istanbul Since it is in the city center is good to pass by.
